Rehabilitation Therapy The Rehabilitation Department of Clay County Hospital provides services for physical, occupational, and speech therapy to inpatients and outpatients. Services are provided for patients of all ages (neonate, infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric) who have decreased functional ability. We accept referrals from Physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants for all specialties and primary care. If you must go out of town to see a specialist you can still receive your therapy services at Clay County Hospital. Services Provided: Physical Therapy Evaluations, Sports Injury Care, Work Injury Care, Work Conditioning, Pain Management, Post Surgical Rehab, Gait Training, Splinting, Geriatric Care, Balance Training, Neurological Rehab, and Wound Care. Occupational Therapy Evaluations, Work Injury Care, Pain Management, Post Surgical Rehab, Splinting, Upper Extremity Orthotics, Neurological Rehab, Activity of Daily Living Training Speech Therapy Dysphagia Therapy (Swallow evaluations and therapy), Speech Evaluations and Training (Cognitive, Expressive and Receptive, and Pronunciation) What to expect during your visit:
At your first visit:
Hours of Service: Physical Therapy Out Patient 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, Saturday/Sunday PRN by appointment Occupational Therapy 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Other hours by appointment Speech Therapy Call or stop by 929 Stacy Burk Drive (Medical Office Building) to make an appointment.
