A written physician order with diagnosis is required. The OP Infusion Clinic is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and by appointment. Patients who have daily IV therapy will have appointments made for Saturday and Sunday.

Notification by provider office when sending patient to OP Infusion is preferred prior to patient arrival. This assists us with scheduling as the Clinic can only accommodate two patients at one time. Since many patients stay for one to two hours or longer, appointments can prevent wait time for patients.

However, walk-in patients are accepted with physician orders during the OP Infusion Clinic hours of operation.
